| 产品简述 | Terlipressin is a synthetic peptide agonist at vasopressin 1 receptors (AVPR1) and is clinically used to treat portal hypertension by decreasing portal pressure; it is an analog of vasopressin. Terlipressin is a vasopressin analog that exhibits both vasoconstrictive and antihypertensive activities in various models. Terlipressin induces gastroparesis in vivo, increasing slow wave frequency in stomach and intestines. Terlipressin may also improve renal function in subjects with hepatorenal syndrome. |
